FAQ's
* How much extra do you charge to train me at my own home?
I am able to travel within 15 kms from my residence.
Depending on the time of the day, my availability, and the actual distance, the most you will expect to pay on top of my Training Prices of $70 for 45 minutes, or $60 for 30 minutes, is an extra $10, within that distance.
* To which areas will you travel to?
I can travel to areas between Keilor East and as far as Coburg, Attwood, Taylors Lakes, Deer Park, Sunshine West, Yarraville, and West Brunswick. If you are unsure if you fit within these parameters, or wish to make a specific request with regard to my travel, please ask!
* I don’t have any exercise equipment at home? I am new to exercise, what do I need?
Depending on your training frequency and how serious you are about your training and your goals, you can achieve quite a lot with just a couple of sets of dumbbells.
These can easily be purchased from your local Kmart store, Target or Big W.
The weight of the dumbbells recommended may be different from person to person.
Alternatively, I can bring weights to you to use during your sessions from me.
* I would like to commit to training and prefer to pay upfront. Do you offer any discounts or special price to purchase multiple sessions?
Yes. The more you pay for, the bigger the benefit, the better the discount.
Eg. Pay for 10 sessions upfront, get the 11th session free of charge.
For additional discounts, please contact me.
* I am interested in both the Training Plan as well as the Food Plan. Is there a combined price if I purchase both at the same time?
Yes. Both the plans individually cost $300 each. If you wish to purchase both together, pay only $500 total, saving $100.
* I have young children who are not yet school-aged, and I want to train but need to find a way to co-ordinate my life. What can I do?
Why not bring your kids to your training session? Kids are welcome. My space is a family-friendly one. I am here to help.
* Can I train with you once or twice a week and train somewhere else as well for other sessions weekly?
Absolutely. No matter if you train with me once a week or 4 times a week, we can work out a plan to suit YOU. Everyone has their own needs and individual circumstances. You are never obligated to only utilize my services all the time.
* I booked in for a session but I don’t feel like coming now. Can I just forfeit my session?
NO. Once you are booked in, you must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel a session. No ones time is more important than anothers. Please do the right thing and give me the appropriate notice so that I too have the opportunity to give another client an opportunity to train at your time should you wish not to do so.
A “change of mind” isn’t a good reason not to train. Of course I treat each persons situation differently. Sometimes things happen where it’s impossible to provide adequate notice, eg. Suddenly feeling sick, emergency situation occurred.
Cancellation and payments will be decided at my own discretion.
* I am running late for my Training Session. What can I do?
I try to be as helpful and understanding as possible.
Should you be running 10 minutes late or less, that is acceptable.
We should still be able to fit in your entire session.
I always leave at least a 15 minute gap between any clients to allow for some late-comers.
If you running more than 10 minutes lates but less than 20 minutes late, we can still go through your session, potentially ending it a couple of minutes earlier so you don’t miss your session altogether.
All at my own discretion also.
